To achieve a wonderful smile and good cosmetics it is important for the dental team to work in close coordination with each other. The team consists of you as the patient, myself and my staff as the dental side and most importantly the technician who is making the new smile. My technician owner of Moosmann Dental Labor in Dusseldorf Germany is a member of Biopartners in Germany. His laboratory is certified DIN EN ISO 9001:2001 and he certifies all his work.

Biopartners is a group of Biological Dentists and Technicians in Germany who work together in trying to provide the most biocompatible materials for you as a patient. By choosing Zirconium as the material supporting the porcelain the use of alloys and different metals is avoided. This helps protect your inner smile from reacting to different heavy metals.

Before sending any work to Germany the correct shade will be chosen, upper and lower silicone impressions and a registered bite will be taken. For larger work a face bow registration will be recorded in order for the technician to have a three dimensional view of how your teeth occlude. (See crown/bridge section)

When the technician receives your work he will scan them onto a computer and your inner core will be precisely laser milled from a solid piece of Zirconium.

These will then be articulated on working models and the porcelain added to match the shade chosen. The work is then returned and cemented into your mouth. In the interim period you will be wearing temporary crowns, veneers or bridges.
